Customer Scenario: Middle Eastern Chlorine supplier is shipping chlorine in ISO tank containers and were looking for an emergency kit to contain leaks at the ISO tank product valves and container sidewall.

Solution: Customer supplied actual pressure plate for the ISO container with actual product valves attached for prototype development. A modification to the pressure plates were suggested and confirmed with the manufacturer of the plates to ensure that capping devices could be effectively attached to the container themselves. With this the development, a concept illustration was approved by the end customer for production of a prototype for testing. A prototype was constructed and tested in-house on a custom manufactured testing plate to hydrostatically test the prototype to 300 psi. The prototype was shipped to the end customer for testing and feedback. Approval was received, and production started to fulfill the order.
